How to make a request
Email privacy@hireflow360.com with your request and enough detail for us to verify your identity. We respond within the timeframes required by applicable law (generally 30 days under GDPR, 45 days under CCPA).
If your personal data was submitted by an employer using HireFlow360, that employer is usually the controller. We will route your request to them and assist as their processor.
Verification and authorized agents
To protect your data we may ask you to verify your identity before acting. Authorized agents may submit requests with proof of authorization.
Appeals and complaints
If you are unhappy with our response you may appeal by replying to our decision, and you have the right to lodge a complaint with your data protection authority.
