1. Agreement to terms
By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms on behalf of yourself and any organization you represent. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Accounts and eligibility
You must provide accurate account information and are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and all activity under your account. You must be authorized to bind your organization to these Terms.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service to discriminate unlawfully in hiring.
- Upload candidate data without a lawful basis to process it.
- Reverse engineer, resell, or overload the Service.
- Misuse AI rankings as the sole basis for an adverse decision.
4. Customer data and candidate data
You retain ownership of data you submit. You grant us a limited license to process it solely to provide the Service. Where you act as a data controller for candidate personal data, our processing is governed by our Data Processing Addendum.
5. AI-assisted features
The Service provides AI-assisted screening and ranking as decision support. Outputs include reasoning but are not guarantees. You remain responsible for final hiring decisions and for compliant, human review.
6. Fees
Paid plan fees, billing cadence, and refunds are described at checkout and in your order. [CONFIRM — final plan packaging/pricing pending, see business decision B4.]
7. Termination
Either party may terminate per the order terms. On termination you may export your data for a limited window, after which it is deleted in line with our retention policy.
8. Disclaimers and liability

9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
